Full House Renovation in Coos Bay

This was a flip we did alongside a team of wonderful subcontractors that spanned a total overhaul of the inside and outside of the property. Starting with a new kitchen, we modified the layout and opened up a wall to create a more open feeling with the dining and living rooms. A deep soaking tub was added in the bathroom along with new lighting, outlets, and a double sink vanity. Twelve new windows were installed, and all three bedrooms had window openings enlarged to allow more natural light. The original oak flooring was refinished as well as new vinyl plank tile in the kitchen and bath. Nine new electrical circuits were added and included power for recessed, under-cabinet, and exterior lighting as well as a new mini split heater/AC. All the doors were either repaired or replaced and all new window, door, and base trim was added. An extension off the back of the garage was taken down to open up the back patio area and give the kitchen window a better view. The whole interior was repainted as well as all the wood trim on the exterior. The exterior landscaping was heavily cleaned up and a new fence added for the backyard. The crawlspace underneath was fully encapsulated and insulated and a dehumidifier installed. We’re very proud of the outcome.
