On this job a large addition was added expanding the house into the backyard eighteen feet and three stories up. The interior of the house was gutted and insulated, the exterior got new siding, trim, and roofing. The kitchen was relocated into the addition which made space for a new bathroom, a primary suite added upstairs with full bathroom and walk-in closet, and an in-law suite added in the basement which walked out into the backyard. New windows, doors, flooring, lighting, trim, and front porch were added, with custom wood accents adding flair in multiple rooms.
